Terms of Service

The Final Reset™ is a 12-week online personal coaching programme delivered entirely online. The programme includes:

• Personalised training plans delivered via Trainerize or Everfit
• Nutrition guidance and food tracking support via MyFitnessPal
• Weekly check-ins conducted over WhatsApp
• Coaching calls held via Google Meet
• Ongoing support and accountability throughout the 12-week period

The programme is designed for individuals seeking body composition change, fat loss, and performance improvement. Results depend on the client's adherence to the programme.

The programme fee is agreed upon at the time of enrolment and communicated directly to the client. Payment is due in full prior to programme commencement. Payments are processed via Stripe, Revolut, or BOV Mobile.

By completing payment, you authorise the agreed charge and acknowledge that access to programme materials will be granted upon receipt of cleared funds.

Jack Attard Cassar reserves the right to update pricing for future enrolments without notice. Any price change will not affect a programme already paid for and in progress.

The Final Reset™ operates a results-based refund policy. A full refund will only be considered if the client has completed all three of the following conditions in full over the 12-week programme:

Refund requests that do not meet all three conditions above will not be accepted. Partial completion of the programme does not entitle the client to a partial or full refund.

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health and fitness information prior to programme commencement
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to exercise
• Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new fitness programme if you have existing health concerns
• Engage honestly and consistently with your coach throughout the 12 weeks
• Understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your adherence and effort

The coaching, training, and nutrition guidance provided through The Final Reset™ is for general fitness and body composition purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Jack Attard Cassar is not a licensed medical professional, dietitian, or physiotherapist. Any information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You participate in the programme entirely at your own risk. Jack Attard Cassar accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in the programme.

All training plans, nutritional guidance, materials, and content provided as part of The Final Reset™ programme are the intellectual property of Jack Attard Cassar.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any programme materials to third parties without prior written consent. Materials are provided for your personal use only.

Jack Attard Cassar reserves the right to terminate access to the programme, without refund, in the event that a client:

• Engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward the coach
• Provides false health or medical information
• Shares or distributes programme materials without authorisation

If you wish to withdraw from the programme voluntarily, please notify us by email. Voluntary withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund unless the conditions in Section 4 have been met.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
